The Palmgren 18 Gauge Combination Nailer and Stapler drives brads from 5/8" to 1-1/2" long and 1/4" crown staples fro 5/8" to 1-1/2" long. Oilless design eliminates daily oiling and oil stains on workpiece. The gun body is made of lightweight aluminum and features an ergonomic design with rubber grip for added comfort. Large capacity, easy loading magazine features positive, quick action latch. Tool features rear exhaust, single and rapid-fire operation, adjustable depth of drive control, rubber nose tip and belt hook. Includes a deluxe Palmgren 3 pocket tool bag with shoulder strap. Safety feature disables tool unless contact trip is pressed against workpiece. Tapered nosepiece provides operator with greater visibility for precise fastener placement. Quick release nose cover allows easy access to jammed fasteners. The 18 Gauge Combination Nailer and Stapler is excellent for molding, furniture making, picture framing and upholstery.

At this point I would recommend this to everyone. depth the staples are just flush not counter sunk, even with 120# of air. Instuction book is clear and easy to follow, tool works GREAT.4 stars only because even at max. I have 2 othe 18 guage and 1 16 guage finish nailers so this will be dedicated to staples. This is my 1st but NOT my last Palmgren tool. Fit and finish is very good. The Soft case if Great, allows plenty of storage for extra boxes of staples and no broken plastic hinges.
Nice product and well worth the price. I pared it with the Palmgren portable air unit for a great combo. For the weekend worker, this product is fantastic. well made as all Palmgren products seem to be; nicely finsihed, and works as advertized. I have driven both staples and finish nails with it and did not have one jam yet.
